A free phone and webcam service just for our members, providing information and advice about your health concerns or those of your family.

Offering confidential support and guidance on a wide range of issues, from relationship concerns to worries about debt.

Our qualified counsellors are available to speak over the phone in confidence 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, helping you through any of life’s issues or problem.

Online portal

With Exeter Assist you also have access to Health Assured’s online portal, providing health and fitness advice as well as emotional and medical support tools.
