Welcome to The Exeter
Your membership essentials in one place
We’re so pleased to have you with us. If you’re looking for a little support to help you make the most of your policy, you’re in the right place.
Four steps to get you going
-
Get to know your policy documents
Your policy documents tell you everything you need to know about how your policy works. We recommend you familiarise yourself with them and keep them somewhere safe for future use.
It covers everything from policy definitions, how to claim, what’s covered and what’s not, and how to contact us when you need us.
-
Don’t miss out – start accessing medical advice and treatment on your HealthWise app
Need a GP check-up or expert diet and lifestyle advice? It’s all at your fingertips. And don’t worry, using HealthWise won’t affect your premiums or no claims discount (if one applies to your policy). Better yet, any exclusions on your policy won’t limit the services available to you through the app
As a new member, you'll receive an invitation email from no-reply@squarehealth.com with simple instructions on how to register for your HealthWise account. Your username needs to be an email address that is valid and active, linked to your policy, and personal to you.

Learn all about how to make a claim
Understanding the claims process early means you’ll know exactly what to expect, so if the time comes, you’re not caught off guard.
You can find detailed claims information in your policy document as well as some handy guidance here.

Keep informed
We’ll keep in touch with you throughout the year with insights and updates. Look out for Your Member Roundup in your inbox every few months from January to October.
If there’s anything else important that we need to make you aware of, we’ll reach out. Alternatively, if you have any questions about your policy or need help, you can contact us on:
